o If you are one of our lucky winners, you will be notified by email to come to the bank and collect your gift certificate.
o You can submit an entry form once each day but you can only win once each month.
o You must be at least 18 years of age to win.
o You don’t need to be a customer of the Melvin Savings Bank to win.
o Each gift certificate can be used for the purchase of services or merchandise at our designated business customer for a period of twelve months.
o Each individual can win a maximum of two times each year.
